We couldn’t recommend Joe and his team enough. A little backstory: we previously signed a listing agreement with another agent. Our house sat on the market for over 100 days, only had a handful of showings and only one open house. After finally having enough, we canceled with that agent and signed over with Joe and his team to list our home. After less than one week of being on the market with him, we were under contract and scheduled to close less than a month later. Who you list with matters and costs you money. Do yourself a favor and just list and sell with Joe!!
