How to use this search
Search every Kansas City MLS listing in four steps
The form below pulls live listings directly from Heartland MLS, so you are seeing what is actually on the market right now rather than a stale third-party feed. Here is how to put it to work.

Start with location
Type a city or ZIP code into the Location box — Liberty, Kearney, Smithville, Gladstone, Parkville or anywhere else in the Greater Kansas City metro. Add as many as you want, or switch to the Draw on Map tab and sketch your own boundary.

Set the basics
Choose property type and status, then dial in your price range, minimum square footage, bedrooms and bathrooms. Leave any field blank to keep that part of your search wide open.

Flag what matters
Tick Open Homes, New (Within 7 Days) or Virtual Tour Available to surface only the freshest listings or the ones you can tour this weekend.

Go deeper
Need a garage, a finished basement, acreage or a particular school district? Choose More Search Options after you search for the full set of filters.
